National Brain Tumor Society

It is with extreme sadness that we learned our chapter leader Mr. Ron Smith has a brain tumor. In honor of Mr. Smith, I chose to donate our group’s monthly $100 to the National Brain Tumor Society. I researched the type of tumor Mr. Smith has, which is glioblastoma. I told our group everything I learned about how people get this type of tumor and what the treatment options are, including the treatments that Mr. Smith is undergoing. Mr. Smith brings light and life to our Ten at a Time group and for me he is a father figure in my life. I hope that our collective $100 will help find a cure! http://braintumor.org/
